In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the sm306 website accessible at https://sm306.cam and all associated services, products, and interfaces made available by sm306.
• "sm306", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the internationally incorporated entity that owns and operates the sm306 Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform through the registration process described in Clause 3.
• "Balance" means the sum of deposited funds, credited winnings, and any applicable bonus credits held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any sum of real-money funds staked by a Player on any game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other non-cash incentive granted by sm306 to a Player under specific qualifying conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before the processing of withdrawals or at sm306's discretion during account review.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all schedules, annexes, and policy documents incorporated by reference.

To register and use the sm306 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sm306 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, or where no law expressly prevents you from participating. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of sm306, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by sm306 or any responsible gaming authority, including but not limited to active self-exclusion periods you have voluntarily requested through the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All account activity must represent your own personal gambling activity and your own personal funds.

sm306 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or cannot be verified to sm306's reasonable satisfaction.

To use the betting and gaming services available on the sm306 Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address and mobile phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify sm306 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• sm306 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• sm306 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

sm306 is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant, and responsible platform. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed and at any other time sm306 deems it necessary to verify account ownership or the source of funds.

KYC documentation requirements may include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of current residential address in Indonesia (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a photograph of the bank card or a bank account ownership certificate for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported banks).
• Source-of-funds documentation where requested, particularly for high-value transactions.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request, or the provision of fraudulent, altered, or misleading documentation, will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may result in permanent account closure. In cases of confirmed fraud, any balance may be forfeited at sm306's discretion in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering obligations.

All deposits to your sm306 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method does not match the registered account holder's identity — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and potential account suspension.

Supported deposit channels and applicable minimum deposit thresholds are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Minimum deposit Rp 20.000 per transaction.
• Local bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: Minimum deposit Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Local bank transfer via CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: Minimum deposit Rp 100.000 per transaction.

sm306 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposit processing is typically near-instantaneous under normal operating conditions; however, sm306 does not guarantee deposit confirmation times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Indonesian interbank settlement schedules.

sm306 reserves the right to reject, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to suspect is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that matches the registered account holder's name and has been verified through the KYC process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day may vary and will be communicated within your account dashboard.
• sm306 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• All withdrawable balances must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• sm306 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• sm306 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal request where it has reasonable cause to conduct a security or compliance review of the account.

sm306 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to players. All bonuses are governed by specific terms and conditions which form an integral part of these Terms. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:

• Bonuses are granted at sm306's sole discretion and may be subject to eligibility criteria including account age, deposit history, and gameplay patterns.
• Each bonus will be subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• sm306 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly, arbitrage betting, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements, and collusion with other players.
• Specific game types may contribute at different percentages toward wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games such as Roulette or Baccarat may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely. The contribution weightings for each game type will be stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting sm306 support. Opting out does not forfeit any active bonus already credited to your account, but will prevent future bonuses from being applied automatically.

All bets placed on the sm306 Platform are subject to the general and game-specific betting rules published on the Platform. The following provisions apply to all betting activity:

• A bet is considered accepted only when confirmed by the sm306 system and recorded in your Account history. You are responsible for verifying that your intended bet was accepted correctly before the relevant event commences or game round begins.
• sm306 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where sm306 suspects the bet is part of a fraudulent scheme, collusion ring, or advantage-play strategy that contravenes the spirit of fair play.
• Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after acceptance by the system unless a technical error or clear pricing mistake has occurred. In such cases, sm306 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to your Account.
• All sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with official results as declared by the governing sports federation or league. Settlement of in-play (live) markets is based on the score, status, and statistics at the time the bet was placed and may differ from the final result where live data discrepancies occur.
• RNG-based games (slots, virtual tables, crash games) and live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) are governed by their respective published rules, which form part of these Terms by incorporation. All RNG outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation systems and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.
• sm306 is not liable for incorrect bet placement caused by user error, device malfunction, or network latency. Players are encouraged to verify all bet details before confirming placement.

sm306 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gambling activity. The following provisions apply:

• All players must be at least 21 years of age. sm306 will close any account found to belong to an individual under 21 and will return deposited funds subject to verification of the source.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 7 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or process deposits. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sm306 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud or misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, submitting altered or fraudulent KYC documentation, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through the use of third-party identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sportsbook markets.
• Match-fixing or insider trading: Placing bets based on non-public information or participating in the manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, odds errors, or technical glitches to place bets at incorrect prices or claim unintended winnings.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process funds obtained through illegal means or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any third-party tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Abusive behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing sm306 staff or other players, whether through the Platform's communication channels or externally.

sm306 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the sm306 Platform are the exclusive property of sm306 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from sm306.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform's software.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate the Platform or any portion thereof into any third-party website or application.
• Use the sm306 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by sm306 without prior written authorisation.

Unauthorised use of sm306's intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sm306's liability to you under these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — is limited as follows:

• sm306 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity) arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• sm306's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• sm306 is not liable for any losses arising from third-party payment processor failures, banking delays, force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, strikes, or pandemics), or technical failures beyond sm306's reasonable control.
• sm306 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for temporary outages, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sm306's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

sm306 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance (including KYC and anti-money laundering obligations), customer support, and platform improvement. sm306 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

sm306 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet.

sm306 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sm306 will notify players via email to the registered account email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sm306 holds its international operating licence. Indonesian law applies concurrently to the extent mandated by local statute, particularly regarding consumer protection, age restrictions, and payment processing.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including disputes regarding the validity, interpretation, breach, or termination of these Terms — shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents sm306 from seeking interim injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
